Overview

The Graphic Designer will design visually compelling emails for e-commerce DTC brands focused on conversion and click-through rates, flows, and automations that support lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback and iterating efficiently.
• 2+ years of design experience, ideally with DTC brands or agencies.
• Experience designing email campaigns with knowledge of email design best practices and user-centered design principles.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
• Ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders.
