Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

In Short

• Design high-quality print and digital assets, including social media graphics, email campaign graphics, and promotional materials.
• Produce mail pieces such as postcards and magazines using provided copy and assets.
• Design and mock up branded merchandise to help clients visualize final products.
• Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently through the internal approval system.
• Use AI tools to improve low-quality client-supplied images.
• Collaborate with operations and creative leads to deliver projects on time.
• Support website and landing page design when needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency.
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating a mix of print and digital/social work.
• Experience with political, advocacy, or campaign clients is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools.
• Experience with web and landing page design is a plus.
• Strong ability to receive and apply feedback quickly.
• Fast, resourceful, and reliable under pressure.
• Curious and growth-oriented with an interest in design and AI.
