Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

In Short

• The Finance Analyst will serve as the analytical bridge between the CFO and accounting clerk.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and review accounting outputs.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Maintain and improve financial dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Prepare investor-facing financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external CPA partners as needed.
• Monitor subscription metrics as new products launch.
• Act independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
• Gain exposure to strategic finance priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Experience in CPG, e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with fundraising processes and investor reporting is a plus.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
• Comfort interpreting accounting data and communicating findings clearly.
