Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in revenue reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and streamlining processes to support the organisation’s overall financial health.

In Short

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports summarising performance.
• Access affiliate program dashboards to extract relevant data.
• Manage and maintain financial records and ledgers.
• Reconcile revenue data with invoices and internal records.
• Prepare and post revenue-related journals in NetSuite.
• Assist in creating financial reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Support the business with revenue-related items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of revenue models in affiliate marketing is desirable.
• Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software is desirable.
