Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.
• Extensive backend experience in Java/Kotlin, JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS.
• Passion for well-architected, testable code and an agile mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product domains.
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Practical experience in AWS or another cloud provider.
• Good communication skills in professional English.
• Previous experience with security topics or DevOps is advantageous.
• Background in financial industry and software product development is a plus.
