In Short

• Collaborate closely with Scalable’s Marketing teams to build features and tooling for client acquisition and engagement.
• Build up, empower and manage a team of engineers.
• Provide technical expertise and share best practices.
• Build & integrate new features with Product and Design Teams.
• Define OKRs with your team.
• Organize and prioritize business goals.
• Participate in the recruitment process.

Requirements

• A university degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, Typescript) in the cloud (preferably AWS).
• Experience in marketing technologies, tools, and flows is a plus.
• Passion for people’s development and previous management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking in technical and product domains.
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Passion for well-architected, testable, documented code and an agile mindset.
• Excellent communication skills targeted towards various stakeholders.
• Profound understanding of RESTful API Design.
• Background in financial services is a strong plus.
