Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will oversee customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s innovative products and services, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives while driving value-based outcomes.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after implementation.
  • Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and customer health.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team for customer-focused engagement.
  • Develop relationships with customer key personnel for up-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between customers and Saviynt teams.
  • Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback.
  • Communicate with implementation partners to improve outcomes.
  • Plan education for customers on new features.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise IT architectures.
  • Experience in customer success management for complex software.
  • Desire to see customers succeed.
  • Experience in a customer success role within a SaaS organization.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Detail-focused with an outcome-based perspective.
  • Experience in process improvement and analysis.
  • Available to customer sites as needed (up to 50%).
