Payments Lead (Product & GTM) - Remote

• We're looking for a Payments Lead (Product & GTM) to drive the next generation of payment solutions.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on leader eager to build and scale a payments business.
• You will own the end-to-end payments strategy, spanning product development and go-to-market execution.
• You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our payments ecosystem.
• Reporting directly to the Co-founder & COO, this role works closely with the leadership team.
• A high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for future entrepreneurs.
• Defining and executing the strategy to build and scale our payments vertical.
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Researching industry trends and emerging payment technologies.
• Driving the commercial strategy for new payment products.

Requirements

• 4+ years building successful payment products or businesses in payments or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of card networks and alternative payment methods.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver product results.
• Strong ability to drive product vision and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Proven negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong grasp of KPIs.
• Excellent leadership presence and communication skills.
