Collection Representative - Remote

Overview

The Collection Representative will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts receivable, reconciling, investigating, and resolving outstanding invoices while contributing to a growth-driven work environment.

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent in accounting.
• 5 years of experience in credit/commercial collection.

• Proficient in Office suite; knowledge of Maestro is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Adaptability in changing environments.
