Project Manager - Operations Specialist (Temporary Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised professional to join our Team as a Project Manager - Operations Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day business operations, drive effective collaboration across teams, and lead strategic programme management initiatives in the Customer Success Organisation of SAP BTM. You will play a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of our operating model, ensuring that our ways of working are both efficient and customer-centric. In Short

• Contract: Fixed-term 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Team: Chief Customer Officer’s Office
• Lead key strategic internal and external customer-facing projects
• Support KPI and pipeline metrics follow-up
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from customer success platforms
• Coordinate collaboration with Customer Success Managers and teams
• Assist in preparing presentations for internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain customer success reports and metrics
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in project management or related roles
• Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Structured approach to prioritizing work
• Data-driven approach with experience in data analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
• Resilience in managing complex projects
• Proactivity and accountability in execution
• Experience with Business process management software preferred
• General knowledge of SAAS and cloud software solutions
