Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Modernization Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in COBOL and mainframe technologies to support the modernization of legacy mainframe applications.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on COBOL and mainframe systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe development and modernization.
• Deep expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe application architecture.
• Experience validating converted mainframe applications.
• Familiarity with AI-driven program analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze and document complex legacy systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multiple domains (Financial Services, Logistics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with cloud-based modernization approaches is a plus.
