Requirements

• PhD in computational biology or similar field with strong publication record.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience mentoring direct and/or indirect reports.
• Excellent analytical capability for complex problem-solving.
• Blend of passion for biology and strong bioinformatics experience.
• Enjoys startup work culture with a collaborative spirit.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
