Senior Program Manager, Plan of Record - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager, Plan of Record. This role will be responsible for the tracking and read outs for development projects across the organization and ensure alignment between strategy, delivery, and execution across cross-functional teams. This role will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining program management best practices while executing on critical tools and technology required to achieve business objectives.

In Short

• Document program and project deliverables and utilize best practice methodologies
• Plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple workstreams
• Integrate business policies and processes into planning & accountability for project roadmaps and strategy
• Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements
• Build and manage Program business case and budget (as applicable)
• Manage and utilizing resources across projects including 3rd party vendor partners
• Facilitate and lead program meetings and manage stakeholders’ communication
• Identify program KPIs to assess impact including pass/fail, adoption and usage
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams
• Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables.
