Overview

Samsara is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Application Security program, overseeing teams that protect customers and ensure the integrity of its platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering.
• 3+ years as a direct people manager.
• Strong track record in building Application Security programs.
• Deep expertise in Go and modern application stacks.
• Hands-on experience with SAST/SCA tools.
• Ability to lead vulnerability management programs.
• Proven success in threat modeling exercises.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in mentoring senior engineers.
