Proposal Writer - French Fluency - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Proposal Writer with a passion for helping others and who is eager to take on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment. Proven project management, communication skills, and technical aptitude are required.

In Short

• Fully remote position based in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, or Poland.
• Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs for various geographies.
• Develop proposal schedules and templates specific to each market.
• Ensure compliance with prospects’ requirements.
• Handle multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and account executives.
• Maintain the RFP knowledge base and update content.
• Take ownership of the RFP process for private evaluators.
• Debrief with sales teams for process improvements.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Strong cross-collaboration skills.
• High-level writing skills for technical content.
