Staff Accountant - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for the complete payroll cycle including data gathering and processing.
• Execute comprehensive period-end closing procedures.
• Analyze financial variances and provide detailed reporting.
• Maintain meticulous records ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Prepare journal entries and conduct general ledger reconciliations.
• Contribute to the production of accurate financial reports.
• Process regulatory filings and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Work in a full-time, non-exempt position.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
