Overview

The Manager of Energy Procurement & Insights at Saks plays a critical role in developing and implementing energy procurement strategies aimed at energy conservation and decarbonization, while collaborating with various departments to optimize energy usage and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy procurement or renewable energy contracting.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with energy contracts.
• Familiarity with energy markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing demand response programs.
• Strong data management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree and CEM qualifications preferred.
• Knowledge of energy storage and building automation systems is a plus.
