Overview

Sagility is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer C# to enhance their technology and BPM services in the healthcare domain.

In Short

• Design and implement SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Develop web applications using ASP.NET C# (.NET Framework 4.8).
• Write efficient server-side code in C#.
• Work with Vanilla JavaScript for dynamic frontend components.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the full stack.
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement features.
• Refactor existing functionality for improved performance.
• Implement best practices for security and code quality.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Communicate with 3rd parties for integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Expertise in ASP.NET C# and .NET Framework 4.8.
• Proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript.
• Expert SQL Server skills including performance tuning.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare payments industry is preferred.
• Experience with HIPPA and/or HiTRUST compliance is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
