Overview

As a key contributor to our dynamic Product department, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Staff Product Business Analyst to lead and shape the strategic direction of our products and services.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis of the business landscape.
• Utilize a strong theoretical knowledge base to autonomously achieve project goals.
• Draft, collaborate on and refine Feature and User Stories.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies for product functionality implementation.
• Provide reporting on product status to leadership.
• Contribute to program design and planning events.
• Exhibit specific functional expertise through education and experience.
• Provide guidance as a Lead or individual contributor project manager.
• Identify strategic steps to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline + 4 years of experience or a master's degree + 2 years of experience.
• Proven leadership in conducting comprehensive research and data analysis.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership as a project manager.
• Track record of driving the design and implementation of new features.
• Expertise in impact analysis to align features with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of the boarding process related to loan servicing.
• Understanding of loan servicing systems and concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft ADO.
