Senior Product Business Analyst - Client Implementation, Loss Mitigation - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Product Development in the field of mortgage servicing, with a focus on Client Implementation Loss Mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mortgage servicing processes, experience with ADO (Azure DevOps), and expertise in crafting user features and stories.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to loss mitigation processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user features and user stories.
• Utilize ADO (Azure DevOps) to manage and track project progress.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers for seamless integration.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience or 5-8 years in lieu of a degree in loan servicing.
• Strong expertise in ADO (Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in creating user features and user stories.
• Experience with Tempo or similar Loss Mitigation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%).
