Overview

As an Implementation Business Analyst at Deel, you will be responsible for creating robust interface solutions between client systems and the Unity system, ensuring compliance with project timelines and client specifications.

• Create detailed, reliable solutions for clients based on project scope.
• Investigate and document customer requirements with subject matter experts.
• Prepare technical specifications after analyzing requirements.
• Design and deliver reports and interfaces according to standard procedures.

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement efforts within the organization.
• Specify impacted business processes and ensure they are defined and tested.
• Participate in project status calls and manage technical projects.
• Work on business improvement projects with a focus on technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong consultancy and communication skills in technical and functional contexts.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and create business processes.
• Flexible mindset to apply technical solutions creatively.
• Solid understanding of Payroll and related processes, preferably in international contexts.
• Experience with MS Access, VBA, XML, XSDs, SQL is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of data formats and transformation tools.
• Team player with strong client interaction skills.
• Highly organized and project-oriented with self-motivation.
• Ability to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Tenacious and able to work under pressure.
