Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living facilities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65. And yet, fall prevention and emergency response systems for older adults are archaic and ineffective. At Sage we've built a more modern way of understanding when older adults need help, including methods for residents to alert caregivers when in need of help, and corresponding software for caregivers to triage response. Our company mission is to create a product that our client counterparts love, and this role is a key part of that objective.

In Short

• Responsible for end-to-end discovery, delivery, and iteration of a product for senior living.
• Conduct on-site user research and assist with implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to refine product requirements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to monitor trends.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Monitor client feedback for product improvement opportunities.
• Travel domestically for customer visits as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Excited to work in a startup environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in product management.
• Understanding of software systems and their components.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or R.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Experience in health tech and managing B2B relationships is a plus.
