Associate Director, Access Reimbursement Management - Remote

Overview

Sage Therapeutics is currently recruiting for an Associate Director Access Reimbursement Management to join their National Access Reimbursement Manager (ARM) team within the Market Access field organization.

In Short

• Provide education and assistance to healthcare providers regarding patient access challenges.
• Outreach may be telephonic as well as in-person.
• Equip HCPs to navigate payer access requirements for Sage products.
• Analyze data to determine outreach efforts needed for educating HCPs.
• Travel to HCP sites on a limited basis for educational efforts.
• Demonstrate understanding of public and private payers.
• Ensure compliance with Sage policies and applicable laws.
• Manage multiple internal cross-functional touch points.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be located within 50 miles of a major airport in or near the territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in payer marketing or field reimbursement support.
• 5 years experience with specialty pharmacy products.
• Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and communicate solutions.
• Understanding of national and state legislative initiatives affecting reimbursement.
• Compliance with corporate policies and industry codes.
• Results-oriented and self-organized.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for key meetings.
