Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial contracting.
• Experience building playbooks, templates, and review guidelines.
• Advanced AI fluency and eagerness to experiment with new tools.
• Ability to create clear frameworks for legal expertise.
• Experience or strong interest in training other lawyers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
