• Your role as Senior Product Designer involves joining a product team focused on enhancing user engagement with Saga.
• You will lead end-to-end UX and UI design across complex product areas.
• Translate advanced legal workflows and AI-driven functionality into structured user journeys.
• Define interaction models and design principles for consistency across features.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers and Legal Experts to align design with user behavior.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in designing SaaS products.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals and experience with React are required.
• High ownership and strong communication skills are essential.
• Fluent English is necessary; additional European languages are a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise or domain-specific SaaS products.
• Strong UX and UI fundamentals and experience using React.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in iterative environments.
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping direction.
• Strong communication skills in a remote-first setup.
• Experience in legal tech is a plus.
