Overview

As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will work collaboratively to deliver high quality infrastructure projects on Google Cloud Platform for our cloud and hybrid-cloud customers.

In Short

• Deliver high quality infrastructure projects on Google Cloud Platform.
• Work on workload migrations and production-ready infrastructure.
• Build hybrid-cloud solutions leveraging infrastructure-as-code automation.
• Develop fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive thought leadership and deliver best practice recommendations.
• Tackle technical challenges and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions.
• Ensure best architecture and engineering approaches are applied.
• Interact regularly with customers and stakeholders.
• Travel required: 10% to customer sites and events.

Requirements

• Google Cloud Architect Certified or ability to complete within first 45 days.
• 5+ years of experience in deploying and managing applications on public clouds.
• Technical mastery of networking, compute infrastructure, and production-grade systems.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of systems monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience in programming languages like Go and Python.
