Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is a critical role in our global Finance team that manages accounting, controlling and legal functions in our growing group of currently twelve international entities.

In Short

• Contribute to budget planning and reforecasts.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance (P&L).
• Own monthly and quarterly internal reporting.
• Support month-end closing for reporting accuracy.
• Develop consolidation and reporting software.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Economics.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance and controlling.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical work style.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and G-sheets.
• Experience with LucaNet or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
