Overview

The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help B2B SaaS companies grow through world-class coaching and training. As a Strategic Coach, you will work with a portfolio of B2B SaaS Founders, helping them develop strategies for growth and leadership.

In Short

  • Conduct personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with B2B SaaS founders.
  • Develop customized Annual Vision plans and Quarterly Strategic Gameplans.
  • Facilitate Annual Vision Retrospectives for client reflection.
  • Be available for 15-20 hours per month for coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with Success Managers to enhance client experience.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends and leadership best practices.
  • Continuously improve coaching strategies and skills.
  • Provide input to program curriculum for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience coaching SaaS founders.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the SaaS space.
  • Engaging presence that inspires clients.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency with SaaS tools and platforms.
  • Strong personal branding within the SaaS community.
