Join our dynamic and fully remote Psych Clinical team at Rula, where you will play a pivotal role in providing accessible, comprehensive, and personalized mental health care for a diverse range of patients.

In Short

• Provide clinical support to patients in between telehealth appointments.
• Assess medication concerns and manage refills.
• Collaborate with Virtual Assistants and Support agents.
• Contribute to evidence-based protocols and workflows.
• Work in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
• Utilize technology for mental health services.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and patients.
• Support a diverse range of patients.
• Work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives for self-care.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a completed BSN.
• Current RN licensure with an active CA license.
• Familiarity with psychiatric medications and DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Strong EHR and technological literacy.
• Exceptional prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Operational knowledge for developing compliant workflows.
• Ability to cover during holiday weeks on a rotational basis.
