Clinical Quality Associate - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Quality team and ensuring a seamless experience for our provider network. This clinician will serve as the primary point of contact for managing our clinical support inbox, responding to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and occasionally patients.

In Short

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, or a related field.
• Active therapy license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or a previously active license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of clinical best practices, CPT codes, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• 1+ years experience at a high-growth start-up (preferred).
• Experience managing ticketing systems and customer support (preferred).
• Experience as a therapist in private practice (preferred).
• 100% remote work environment (US-based only).
