Overview

Rula is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee Rula’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, process improvements, and a faster month-end close.

• Manage a team of six individuals in accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, including Big 4 public accounting.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Expertise in month-end and financial operations.
• Proficiency in systems and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and compliance requirements.
