Junior Motion Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Motion Designer to join our fast-growing Creative Department at Ruby Labs. This full-time role sits within a global team of more than 20 motion designers and plays a critical part in scaling high-performing ad creatives across 35+ languages and multiple formats.

In Short

• Localize high-performing ad creatives across 35+ languages.
• Integrate translated copy into video and banner creatives.
• Produce platform-specific resizes for various channels.
• Ensure visual clarity and performance integrity across formats.
• Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables.
• Work closely with the Lead Designer and other motion designers.
• Stay up-to-date with global advertising trends.
• Learn and adopt AI-powered workflows.
• Manage multiple localization and resize assignments simultaneously.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers to match intended messaging.

Requirements

• Experience producing video or graphic assets using Adobe tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography.
• Basic understanding of animation timing and motion fundamentals.
• Ability to follow creative templates and adapt designs.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
