In Short

  • Provide level 1 support via phone, chat, and email for Vantive products.
  • Instruct customers on hardware usage and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Engage with ICU Nurses and Vantive employees effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous training.
  • Follow good documentation practices and comply with data privacy laws.
  • Work 3rd shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Record and document all customer interactions properly.
  • Escalate issues to higher-level resources as needed.
  • Participate in a flexible workplace policy.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting support.
  • Prior medical device support or IT support experience preferred.
