The Programme Coordinator (Delivery & Coaching Support) plays a crucial role in strengthening delivery operations and supporting the coaching team at FourthRev, ensuring a consistent learner experience across Career Accelerator programmes.

In Short

• Review and improve Programme Coordination processes for alignment and consistency.
• Provide flexible delivery support during busy enrolment and submission periods.
• Maintain process documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases for staff and learners.
• Support data entry, validation, and reporting for learner activity and outcomes.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems for meaningful delivery insights.
• Assist in monthly KPI reporting and rollout of data projects.
• Provide administrative support to the coaching team.
• Manage onboarding, status tracking, and coach allocations for learners.
• Manage Circle spaces and learner communities for cohorts.
• Act as the first point of contact for delivery-related admin queries.

Requirements
