Overview

The E-Billing Assistant will support the billing processes by submitting electronic bills, assisting in audits, and maintaining client data in the billing system, while working mostly remotely with occasional onsite visits.

In Short

  • Submit electronic bills via Hub or third-party site
  • Assist in basic analyses/audits of e-billed invoices
  • Collaborate on invoice resubmissions
  • Maintain client data in the billing system
  • Submit client accruals for e-billed matters
  • Ensure compliance with eBilling processes
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Accounting courses or degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of office experience in a law firm or professional setting
  • Basic understanding of e-billing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
