The company is seeking to find a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a strong background in financial forecasting, funding support, and M&A activity. This role goes beyond day-to-day accounting—it's about driving strategic decisions, supporting capital raising, and shaping the financial future of growing ventures.

In Short

• Build and manage operational cashflow scenario models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Lead or assist with working capital finance raising efforts, including preparing financial documentation.
• Support trade finance arrangements, including documentation and financial modeling.
• Contribute to M&A transactions, including financial due diligence.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to deliver strategic insights.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, commercial, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong background in operational cashflow forecasting, working capital funding, trade finance, and M&A.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely with a high level of accountability.
