Overview

As Lead Platform Product Manager at Roo, you’ll own the strategy and execution for the core systems, tools, and services that power our labor marketplace, enabling faster development, greater scalability, and improved reliability.

• Own the platform strategy supporting Roo’s marketplace growth.
• Develop and evolve the roadmap for internal platform systems.
• Identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on build-vs-buy decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in platform or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-cutting systems adopted by multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency for collaboration with engineers.
• Skilled at prioritization in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust.
• Experience using data to inform investments and monitor performance.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.
• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces or healthcare tech.
