In Short

• Support the HR Analytics Team with HR Reporting and data analysis.
• Work independently on HR data requests while ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Assist in maintaining data quality through checks and validations.
• Help develop and maintain HR dashboards, including user testing.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of automated self-service BI solutions.
• Support the FTE forecast processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills for data querying, analysis, and preparation.
• Some experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL), Excel queries (e.g., DAX), or PowerBI.
• Interest in HR topics and an understanding of data privacy requirements.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
