In Short

• Create treatment and cost plans (HKP) as well as private plans according to BEMA and GOZ.
• Support the digital dispatch of plans and verify the successful integration of treatment plans.
• Take over the professional billing of dental services according to BEMA and GOZ.
• Be the friendly face and voice for our ZMV/Rezi customers, building trust and guiding them in using Roger smoothly.
• Answer customer inquiries competently, solve problems, and ensure quick solutions.
• Bridge the gap between customers and developers by forwarding customer requirements and actively shaping Roger's future.

Requirements

• Practical experience as a ZMV in creating plans and billing according to BEMA and GOZ, experience at the reception.
• Software knowledge: ideally experience with at least one of the following practice software: Solutio Charly, Dampsoft Win, or CGM Z1.
• Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication and social skills.
• Tech-savvy: very comfortable with computers and software, open to new technologies.
• Startup spirit: embark on an exciting journey with us, be willing to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated: bring your enthusiasm, proactive attitude, and positive mindset to the team.
• Language skills: native-level German and very good English skills.
