Overview

RMI is seeking a Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning Architect to lead the design, integration, and governance of RMI’s financial systems, ensuring scalability and data consistency across the finance ecosystem.

• Lead design and governance of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Define and maintain the finance systems roadmap.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for Adaptive Planning.
• Manage external implementation partners and system enhancements.
• Own the design and integrity of integrations between systems.
• Establish data governance standards and security models.
• Communicate system strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration.
• Support end-to-end process improvement in finance systems.
• Promote continuous improvement in system architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance systems strategy or architecture.
• Proven leadership in Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading large-scale system initiatives.
• Relevant Workday or Adaptive Planning Pro-Certifications are a plus.
