  • We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • The role involves working on ad hoc projects requiring adaptive planning expertise.
  • Focus on seamless deployment and post-deployment service delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
  • Handle configuration and functional adjustments in the client environment.
  • Respond to customer cases based on prioritization.
  • Flexible working environment with a mix of on-site and remote team members.
  • Good communication skills and time management are essential.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Certification in Workday Adaptive Planning is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Comfortable with configuration changes and understanding downstream effects.
  • Expertise in functionality related to Adaptive Planning.
  • Attention to detail and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
  • College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems is beneficial.
  • Software Design Courses are a plus.
