Overview

As a Senior Field Service Technician at Rockwell Automation, you will provide essential support for the installation, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems and advanced manufacturing software applications.

In Short

• Provide on-site installation and support for automation systems.
• Program PLCs and HMIs for new or modified equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• Develop and write necessary documentation.
• Work with voltages up to 600VAC and 800VDC.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license.
• 6+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Low/Medium Voltage Drives and HMIs.
• Familiarity with networking protocols.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
