Business Analyst MES - Remote

In Short

• Support Product Managers in executing multi-year product strategy and roadmap for MES.
• Work with Technical Team to complete MES vision and deliver impactful products.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product adoption.
• Meet defined outcomes and measures of success for products and releases.
• Experience in manufacturing sectors like automotive, food & beverage, etc.
• Ability to fluidly navigate between business and technical concepts.
• Define requirements and prioritize requests based on analysis.
• Work independently and as part of a broader team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills required.
• Hybrid work schedule with in-office presence required on specific days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the software industry preferred.
• Experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
