Overview

As the Lead Product Designer, Design Systems, you are responsible for defining, evolving, and scaling our design system to ensure cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences across our product ecosystem.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, visual, or systems design.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems.
• Strong systems thinking and design for scale.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and Storybook.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to translate complex system requirements into clear patterns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS, React, Angular).
