Pre Litigation Case Management Trainer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for an experienced Pre Litigation Case Management Trainer position in our Personal Injury Division. This role is essential in helping our team’s paralegal and attorney navigate clients through all stages of their personal injury cases, from intake to settlement. As with all the roles in our company, we work as a team, and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments as needed.

In Short

• Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in case management systems.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a remote training environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training or onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
