Roadsurfer is Europe’s largest outdoor travel expert, currently focusing on campervan rentals, subscriptions, van sales, and our platform for unique camping spots, roadsurfer spots. In Short

• You will support IT initiatives for the digitalization of internal processes and drive them forward
• Together with the relevant departments, you will define software requirements and manage the selection process for external SaaS solutions
• You are responsible for the implementation of the tools and corresponding workflows, and you will manage these together with the team (possibly with external partners)
• You are responsible for the systemic support of internal tools and configure our architecture to meet the needs of different stakeholders
• You are the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders and keep their needs regarding the different solutions in mind

Requirements

• You have already gained initial professional experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Manager, or in similar roles – experience with digitalization projects is a plus
• You have initial experience with the implementation and continuous development of SaaS solutions
• You have strong communication skills and good English proficiency
• You have a technical understanding and are able to clearly articulate complex issues
