Sales Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, showcasing, and selling our campervans, guiding customers through the entire sales process to ensure an outstanding purchasing experience.

In Short

• You will manage the entire sales process of used vehicles, from preparation to customer viewings and test drives.
• Ensure a first-class customer journey and build long-term customer relationships through competent advice.
• Work closely with the station team to maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with vehicle handovers, answer customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

• Completed training and at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in car rental or tourism.
• High service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor.
• Hands-on attitude and strong communication skills.
• Resilient problem solver and organizational talent.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
