Bridge Construction / Civil Engineering Estimator (m/f/d) | 90% REMOTE | up to €95,000 + Company Car

Overview

This position involves complex thinking and collegial action, where your calculations matter. You will be responsible for the economic evaluation of challenging civil engineering projects from the initial tender to the handover to the construction team.

In Short

• Independent calculation of construction services based on specifications
• Preparation of project calculations, side offers, and price inquiries
• Analysis of tender documents and quantity determinations
• Resource planning and creation of rough and detailed schedules
• Support to the construction management with work calculations and comparisons
• Identifying and documenting risks and savings potential

Requirements

• At least a technician degree or comparable qualification
• Three or more years of professional experience in cost estimation in civil engineering, bridge construction, infrastructure construction, or a comparable field
• Proficiency in iTWO, ARRIBA, or comparable estimation software
• Good German language skills, especially in a technical context
• Possession of a Class B driving license
