Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Kankakee, Illinois. This role will serve as the primary liaison that helps bridge the gap between operational and technical teams and help deliver actionable insights and be a steward for our data governance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to drive strategic initiatives.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity.
• Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in daily huddles and assist in the maintenance and testing of RMC report library.
• Provide groundwork for strategic decision making by identifying trends and providing insights.
• Help streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity through identifying inefficiencies.
• Identify potential organizational risks through data analysis and formulate strategies to mitigate.
• Demonstrate flexibility with assignments within professional scope/duties/licensure.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully analyzing business processes and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL), and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Epic Clarity Data Model Certifications required within 1 year of hire.
