• Provide guidance on system architecture decisions, aligning technical direction with business goals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices and mentoring junior developers.
• Share knowledge and help junior and mid-level engineers grow by reviewing their work.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless delivery of software projects.
• Break down complex tasks into manageable components for team distribution.
• Participate in agile processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Handle complex technical challenges and participate in on-call rotation.
• Utilize software development tools including version control and test frameworks.
• Work with primary technologies like C#, .NET Core, Python, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience developing in C#.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience developing web applications and working with databases.
• Understanding of relevant software development tools.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
